CANCELLATION POLICY

At DIORherSkin, I value both your time and mine. To provide the best experience for every client, the following cancellation policy applies: * A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. * Appointments canceled less than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will result in the forfeiture of the booking deposit. * No additional cancellation fee will be charged beyond the forfeited deposit. * No-call, no-show appointments will result in being unable to book future appointments with DIORherSkin. * If you arrive significantly late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next scheduled client. * Emergencies and extenuating circumstances will be handled at the discretion of DIORherSkin.
